Hello Nigelands, The best bet is to look at the cruise website where you’ll find the menus on offer. There were a small number of young people on our trip and everyone seemed to clean their plates. We found the food was of a very high standard. Each course was spread over about 3 hours so plenty of chance to take in the views. I’m sure there’ll be plenty on the menu for your daughter. They do different packages with or without drinks, we went for the all inclusive and drinks (beer and wine)flowed plentiful all night, definitely worth doing, enjoy.
