My wife has a knee issue. She sat in front seat and was fine. I sat in the back seat. And I would say the back seat of a jeep is best for the agile.

We booked ours about 3 weeks out but that was also to take advantage of a winter special. We went in January and saw only 2 other jeep tours. Summer apparently is quite hot so I think it's slower. Spring and fall are their busy seasons so f that's when you're planning to go, you should book sooner rather than wait till the last minute.
