Dr. Johnson is an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon with a special interest in minimally invasive and motion preservation surgery to speed recovery and improve outcomes. He utilizes a team based approach, working closely with general practitioners, physical therapists and pain management specialists to diagnose and tailor a treatment plan for each patient. Surgery is reserved for patients who do not improve with non-operative management. If surgery is required, he believes in a “less-is-more” approach, performing fusions only when absolutely necessary.
