I am not sure if this zoo is free with Ebt card but I do know that the aquarium in Boston was only $2 per person and I believe they said most zoos and museums were honoring the same price with EBT cards. Hope this helps. The entrance fee for capron isn’t much I believe it’s less than $8 per person
The website says no picnic lunches can be brought in but can a water bottle be brought in?

I really do not know the answer. I do know the zoo is very protective of the animals and any kind of food or debris to bother them. I guess I would try a phone call to the zoo to ask.
