Hi Edward, When I visited I just wandered myself and there was plenty of written information in many languages. However you can get guided tours, the contact from the website for tours. I have attempted to submit it on tripadvisor to you but it won’t send with a HTML in it. If you type in Museo di Castelvecchio on google and click translate it will take you to the website in English.
