Bob represents medical providers charged with health care fraud, people accused of white collar crimes, and licensed professionals facing civil or administrative enforcement actions. Bob helps clients at all stages of the criminal process, from initial investigations, through grand jury, trial, and appeal. He regularly appears in State and Federal courts throughout Ohio, is a member of numerous local, state, and national bar associations, and is called upon to teach lawyers and non-lawyers alike through lectures and publications.
