Hi José, most of the archaeological finds (from anywhere in the country, Cork included) were collected by interested groups, such as the RIA, and are now displayed in the National Museum of Ireland, Archaeology in Dublin. Additionally, newer finds are generally not available to the public until sometime after they are unearthed, and even at that they may enter university collections or those of smaller museums, if they are found in rural Co. Cork. Cork does have an abundance of prehistoric sites you can visit (passage tombs, wedge tombs, etc.) but to the best of my knowledge, none of these have an adjacent museum. Most medieval "sites" are still in use today, for example, many of the buildings along North Main Street and South Main Street have very old origins, and Elizabeth Fort is still accessible.
