Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd. was demerged from Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. vide a Scheme of Arrangement (approved by the Board of Directors of Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd. on 7 June 2021). Our three plants (Asmoli, Meerganj & Mansurpur) are located in the traditional cane belt of western–central Uttar Pradesh, India, in close proximity to each other to facilitate cost effective movement of molasses, bagasse and raw sugar to our distillery and sugar refineries.
