Dogs aren't generally allowed in, other than recognised assistance dogs. They have a sign up in the entrance - "Assistance Dogs Welcome #TAB##TAB##TAB##TAB##TAB##TAB##TAB##TAB##TAB##TAB# We welcome all assistance dogs to our sites. Where possible, please present the Assistance Dog UK (ADUK) ID book at reception. Dogs should remain on a lead and wear the appropriate tabard or harness."
Not as such. There is a relaxation room with tables, chairs and self service tea/coffee making facilities. You would have to take your own snacks, sandwiches etc.
