I am an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor and I work with adults and young people from 11 years old. I work in Private Practice in Aylesbury and offer counselling for stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger, family and relationship issues, abuse, bullying and PTSD to name but a few. I am passionate about helping you to overcome difficulties and reach your highest potential. I feel that the counselling relationship can aid self-awareness and understanding, it can grow self-love and self-acceptance. I will listen to you without judgment and I will endeavour to provide an environment which is safe and confidential for you to explore and be vulnerable. I will hold space for difficult emotions and positive growth.
