Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

艾雷岛是一座位于英国苏格兰地区西方海面的岛屿，为苏格兰西岸内赫布里底群岛里最南边的一座，以赏鸟与麦芽威士忌酒的生产而著称。艾雷岛是苏格兰西边滨大西洋岸的内赫布立岛群里最南的一座，其东北方隔着狭窄的艾雷海峡紧邻另一座赫布立岛屿——朱拉岛，而东方则隔着海与从苏格兰本岛伸出的金泰尔半岛相望。艾雷岛的面积约为500平方公里，南北长40公里，东西宽32公里，岛屿的西南方向有一个较大型的海湾，称为拉甘湾。目前艾雷岛上人口约为3400人，除了农牧、渔业等初级产业外，唯一真正具有关键意义的二级产业是威士忌的制造，与以威士忌、赏鸟及高尔夫球为中心的观光业。
