Fogelbo (which means “bird nest” in Swedish) is a private residence built by craftsman Henry Steiner and his son John. It is an example of Steiner’s log cabin design and style. Fogelbo is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places by the Department of the Interior's National Park Service because of its unique architectural qualities and cultural significance.
