We did a lot of research before choosing. Two companies topped our list, one recommended by the blog Jeanie With A View, and the other which we ended up choosing--Star Rental Car. They were very highly recommended and the cost was "reasonable" even after adding all the coverages. They pick you up at the airport and drop you off at the end. Staff was great through booking and the rental. Can't speak too highly of these people.
