Opticall opened its offices in Managua in June 2016. We are a BPO center for Stanton Optical and My Eyelab, both part of the top 20 optical companies in the U.S. We have a first floor dedicated to our call center, with talented representatives that assist our clients as appointment schedulers and give general support. Our second floor supports departments for our U.S. operation: Recruitment, Finance, HR and Marketing.
