It is all outside and there are no gates or prohibiting fences. Just a quiet refuge in the city, so I would say any daylight hours. It was all free with a donation box. We met no other people …
It is all outside and there are no gates or prohibiting fences. Just a quiet refuge in the city, so I would say any daylight hours. It was all free with a donation box. We met no other people at all while we were there. Maybe two hours or less, Just park in the paved parking area and walk down to your right.
