We are a Health, Fitness and Leisure Centre, open to both private members and "Pay as you Go" customers. Our services include, child and adult swimming lessons, children's swim camp programmes, the world famous 'Les Mills' fitness classes (exclusive to Kilkenny), Zoggs swimwear and swim accessories shop, personalised fitness assessments and individually customised programmes and fitness classes to the people of Kilkenny and beyond. As well as a host of world class sports facilities to clubs, groups, schools and individuals.
