How can you blame walkers not paying attention? Do you mean when you zoom up behind them ,with no use of bell while they walk along. Cyclists ruin this trail and should be banned.

I do not know what you are refering to as my review never mentioned anything you have stated. Also not all cyclist are iresponsible and do ride safely and my bell works fine.
