This university residence is located in Salamanca, 10 minutes’ walk from the Plaza Mayor. It offers a fitness centre, a games room with a Nintendo Wii and modern, air-conditioned rooms. The rooms at Residencia Hernán Cortés are simply furnished with light wood. The Executive Studio come with a seating area with a sofa and flat-screen TV, as well as a kitchenette. All rooms have internet access. The Residencia has a bright dining room, and there are vending machines for snacks and drinks. There is a variety of good restaurants within 5 minutes’ walk. The Hernán Cortés has a pool table, ping pong, foosball table, a TV room, kitchen area for the guests. There is a gym and common areas with sofas.
