Please note: there are TWO lighthouses with the name Yaquina and they are within 4 miles of each other. The Yaquina Bay lighthouse does not require tickets for a tour. The Yaquina …

Please note: there are TWO lighthouses with the name Yaquina and they are within 4 miles of each other. The Yaquina Bay lighthouse does not require tickets for a tour. The Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area lighthouse DOES require tickets. Call ahead to reserve those or show up to the interpretive services center at 10am and just hope you can get a tour time. It says open daily on their web site but it would be hard to believe that it is open in Christmas. It appears it would be open during the rest of break.
