These are largely ruins. Which is nice to see an old castle that hasn't been done up too much. You can use your imagination as to where the walls were and what happened within. €7 entry is good value…geelongexpat的完整评论
Please note that this castle is not in Echternach. It is in Beaufort, which is another town, 15 km away.

We visited in August, It only has a few visitors when we were there. They also do a trip through the main buildings as well - but it was only twice a day. They told us that they did not have an English guild when we were there, but the guild did a really good job trying to explain everything in English for us. You do need a car to get there as it is a bit out of the way but the google directions were no issues for us. We really enjoyed it and thought it was great.
