It appears that you have received many answers. The best one in my humble opinion is on the narrow street running from the castle entrance down to the Byblos Port. It is on your left side as you are descending to the seaport. The owner is extremely informative and gives you a complete history of his fossil collection. His prices are a bit high, but they are extremely beautiful artifacts!
