Smart Serve® Ontario, a registered charity since 1995, is the only Responsible Alcohol Beverage Sales and Service Training Program recognized by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) exclusively for all Ontario liquor license establishments. We train individuals in bars, restaurants, retail stores, and at special events. We support over 600,000 hospitality workers with mental health resources, award nearly $1 million annually in scholarships for students pursuing hospitality careers, and promote alcohol harm reduction through our DrinkSmart program for post-secondary students.
