A 61-year-old bystander died hours after he was shot at a northwest Harris County McDonald's Sunday evening, Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.  The man, identified as Jorge Arbaiza, was shot multiple times when two groups of teens allegedly opened fire following an altercation at the McDonald's in the 6100 block of Fry Road in the Katy area,

A 61-year-old grandfather was tragically killed in a shootout while trying to get McDonald’s Happy Meals for his grandchildren.

Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said a 61-year-old bystander died from his injuries at the hospital. Meanwhile, investigators tracked down several people who were involved in the fight, but the search continues for the shooters.
