Sam Darnold made headlines signing with the Seattle Seahawks, but the Vikings lost another quarterback to free agency on Monday.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported that Pat Jones II signed a two-year, $20 million deal with the Carolina Panthers. A 2021 third-round pick, Jone follows in the footsteps of fellow former Vikings D.J. Wonnum, who signed to Carolina at the end of his rookie contract a year ago.
