We purchased the Ariens deluxe 28 snowblower at Lowe's on ... We were told we had to take it into a repair shop. We had it fixed only to have it break again the next time we used it.

All this is doing is chasing customers away from what is otherwise a decent mower. I purchased a Ariens 60" Zero Turn ... if any issues Lowe's would pickup, repair and return to me.
