Regal Cinemas at the Cape Cod Mall recently screened its final film ... at zoning changes to the downtown area to comply with the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority's Community Act.

Hanney will convert the 12-cinema complex next to Cape Cod Mall into Bill Hanney's Entertainment Experience, an entertainment complex with live theater, a cabaret club, and renovated cinemas.
