Part of the problem, I think, is that a “spray mop” is almost synonymous with “Swiffer WetJet,” and for some, “Swiffer” is another way to say “expensive garbage generator.” ...

To clean, I use a DIY cleaning solution of equal parts distilled white vinegar and water with a few drops of dishwashing liquid added. Swiffer offers both a WetJet and Power Mop for floor cleaning.
