WWE is reportedly showing strong interest in acquiring the services of free agent Jeff Cobb. Cobb's recent comments have ignited speculation about his future, particularly after a series of losses. Following a recent defeat, he openly stated, 'Maybe it's time to take my bags and go somewhere else,' hinting at a potential change of scenery.

WWE is on The Road to WrestleMania, and some new and old names have popped up across all three brands during this period.

WWE may soon be adding to it's already stacked roster. A number of company sources have told Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select, that WWE has had its eye on New Japan Pro Wrestling star Jeff Cobb recently.

WWE could be looking to sign a top star from New Japan Pro-Wrestling who’s currently a top free agent. As is tradition with New Japan Pro-Wrestling contracts, several contracts expire every January leaving the company open to losing some of their top talents to other promotions.
