Police released that video and an image of the "Box Demon," whose paper-plate mask with its large teeth and giant grin was reminiscent of the evil killer clown Pennywise from the film It.

In the video, the person identifies themselves as "the Box Demon" in North York Borough in York County on Tuesday. The suspicious person wore a homemade paper-plate mask and was carrying an empty box.
