A second teenage suspect has been arrested and charged with murder related to the shooting death of a Salem High School student at a popular park in Newton County last week.

Deputies have arrested a second teenager for the murder of a high school student during a Senior Skip Day celebration at a Newton County's Denny Dobbs Park.

Around a hundred family and friends gathered in Conyers Saturday afternoon for a balloon release in memory of 18-year-old, Justin Etienne.
