Mater takes a pit stop to tow a broken down car home and ends up in Japan. While there, he is challenged to a "drift" race through the streets of Tokyo all the way to the top of Tokyo Tower.

They would then tow cars to undisclosed locations and charge high fees to return them to their owners. Victims were often asked to provide a photo of their driver’s license to the tow truck bandits.
