Robert Morris resigned from Gateway Church last year following allegations that he sexual relations with a 12-year-old girl approximately four decades ago.

The indictment, released Wednesday by the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, charges Robert Morris with five counts of indecent behavior with a child stemming from his alleged abuse of Cindy Clemishire in the 1980s.

Robert Morris, the former senior pastor of the Dallas-based Gateway Church, abused a girl over several years in the 1980s, the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office said.
