NVIDIA is now using SK hynix GDDR7 memory chips on its GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs
H200, and new B200 AI GPUs and AI servers. SK hynix is also close to mass production of its next-gen HBM4 and HBM4E memory, expected to debut on NVIDIA's next-gen Vera Rubin AI platform in 2026.
