Prayagraj: Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Thursday flagged off a special train from Karmali railway station near Panaji to Prayagraj for devotees.

Train travel and food en-route would be provided free of cost to the devotees, state Social Welfare Minister Subhash Phal Desai.
