President Donald Trump’s efforts to crackdown on diversity, equity, and inclusion programs suffered a major legal blow Thursday as three separate judges – two of them appointed by the president – ruled against a Department of Education policy.

One judge pointed out that the Department of Education used to consider fighting racism to be a good thing and now it says it's illegal.

Three trial courts ruled the Trump administration's "Dear Colleague Letter" threatening to defund schools that support diversity, equity and inclusion is likely unconstitutional or in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.
