The next Fortnite update is coming soon, and it's bringing with it the next season for the Fortnite OG mode that will be delivering some iconic POIs and important items.

Fortnite developer Epic Games has released a new update on PS5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Android and Nintendo Switch. The surprise new Fortnite update makes a series of balance changes to Battle Royale and Zero Build. As you can see from the patch notes further down the page, the update improves the fire rate of Oni Shotguns.

Fortnite update version 4.53 is now out for download, and this appears as download version 1.000.164 for current-gen console owners.
