CHELSEA Manalo, the Philippines' bet at the 73rd Miss Universe pageant, may not have won the country's fifth crown but took home the fan-voting national costume award for the second consecutive year.

“Stand proud, Philippines!” it added. At the national costume segment of the 2024 Miss Universe tilt, Manalo walked the runway in a detailed gold and blue gown dubbed Hiraya by Manny Halasan.
