Community members saw updated designs Tuesday of the new Grand Rapids elementary planned on the site Aberdeen Academy.

Before any ground is broken, the planning committee, which consists of 30 school and community leaders and parents, must settle on a design ... a cafeteria, gymnasium and a playground.
