The Houston Texans are signing free-agent offensive tackle Cam Robinson a one-year deal, sources tell ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The Texans and offensive tackle Trent Brown have agreed to a one-year contract worth $3 million. Brown played for the Bengals last season, but he ruptured his patellar tendon in Week 3.

According to reports, the two-time All-Pro pass-catcher and the New England Patriots reached an agreement Tuesday on a three-year, $69 million deal that includes $26 million guaranteed. Diggs is expected to make $23 million annually as the Patriots ' new No. 1 receiver for young quarterback Drake Maye.

In the eyes of ESPN insider DJ Bien Aime, the Texans' most overlooked move may have been their signing of former Chicago Bears defensive end Darrell Taylor to a low-risk, one-year contract.

Cam Robinson has made 101 career starts at offensive tackle. He will now be taking his talent and experience to Texans.
