A pair of lawmakers are proposing an increase to Maryland's minimum wage, phasing in a raise from $15 an hour to $20 an hour over 2 years.

Until March 31st, if shoppers use the grocery outlet app, they can enter a sweepstakes to win free groceries for a month or for life.

"2018 was a record setting year for water main breaks, but this year in anticipation of the cold weather, we don't want a repeat of what happened in 2018 so we're going to be preemptive," Hicks said.
