2017年3月14日 · In my cell phone connection settings, Bluetooth for media would not stay on, and on my SYNC screen I had the message that Bluetooth media was disconnected. 2020年2月12日 · I have a 2015 Escape. Everything was working just fine, then a few days ago I noticed that my phone was no longer automatically connecting to the bluetooth. When I press the phone button on the radio nothing happens & when I press on the media button the sync logo appears for just a few seconds then disappears.

SYNC was working great until one day it stopped. this includes: the "Phone" button on radio dashboard- nothing happens at all when i press now. the "Media" button - instead of the complete menu it used to pop up(ex.USB1 USB2,bluetooth, etc)- it only pops up two grey'd out options -both unable to even click.

2016年3月1日 · When I did, it showed "Bluetooth audio device disconnected" on the display. Phone and car still both have the BT icon lit (presumably because it's still connected as a phone device, just not media). I did a factory reset on the sync system and restarted the car, but no change even after re-adding my phone and everything.

2015年6月7日 · Would make sense except Bluetooth isn't working properly now either, so I'm thinking it's an issue with SYNC software. Tomorrow I will try disconnecting the battery but I am not optimistic that it will do anything. The phone pairs via Bluetooth but I can't get phone commands to work even when using the menu screens. Same for Bluetooth audio.

2020年4月16日 · Sync/radio randomly stopped working on 2015 escape se. only button that works is the menu button and that only prompts a few settings (camera, clock, and display). If you push the menu button again, the screen blips and goes back to a black screen that only shows date time and temperature.

2015年9月23日 · I have a Focus ST with the ST1 trim with just basic regular sync. I did an upgrade on my sync and it worked. I am able to connect to Sync now with no problems. My audio and phone are connected and it is no longer dropping audio connection. Below is the webpage from Ford to update your sync (if your sync needs to be updated).
