2020年6月29日 · I've tried every possible scenario, except replacing the hardware. Even reverted to my first razer blade windows image, which I backed up just in case. I don't think it is a software, drivers, bios update issue. I believe the webcam wires touching over the cooling chamber has broken the connection which may be due to the heat.

2023年6月20日 · Never had issues with logitech cameras. Had same issues with 2 different razer kiyo pro on 4 different pcs. To solve lagging it must be used at 10fps . Kiyo pro cant work at 60fps as it is advertised. Webcam only works in razer synapse at 60fps which is pointless as a webcam is purchased to be actually used with other programs.

I have looked up every possible fix online from watching videos to removing it off my USB Hub to buying a new USB 3.0 cord as it was recommended by Razer to stop the glitching.

2024年2月9日 · I have a Kiyo Pro webcam I’ve been using for streaming, primarily through OBS, but have also used it through Discord. I have found that Synapse is not worth the effort, and have been adjusting the camera settings either through Windows or using the OBS properties section, which I believe just uses the Windows camera settings.
