I can confirm that I connected via usb-c and updated the drivers with the Xbox Accessories app. It appears to be detected as a generic bluetooth controller and not xbox controller when connecting only via bluetooth. 2024年12月7日 · Since the controller works fine when plugged in, it’s likely a wireless connection or power management issue. Disabling USB selective suspend in your power settings might help too, because sometimes Windows mistakenly cuts off power to Bluetooth devices.

2019年7月15日 · Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. in regards to your question about how to "unsync" a controller from a console. There really isn't a setting or button to do so on the console. The only way to "unsync" a controller would be to sync or bind the controller with another console.
