Go to your Microsoft 365 home page and sign in with the account you want. Select the app launcher at the top of the browser window. Choose the Planner tile in the app launcher. Tip: If you don't see the Planner option, select More apps, and then All apps to find it.

2023年11月15日 · The new Planner will easily scale from simple task management to enterprise project management, empowering everyone to manage their work in one place and accelerate business outcomes. Starting in early 2024, the new Planner app will be available in Microsoft Teams, followed by a web experience later in 2024.

With Microsoft Planner, you can collaborate on a project with a team, see progress reports, and track individual assignments. Select the App launcher > More apps > All apps > Planner. To pin Planner to the top level of the app launcher, select the three dots (...), then Pin. Planner works with Microsoft 365 groups.

With the new Planner, you can create custom fields helping teams stay on top of what matters most for their initiatives, making it easier and faster to identify and assess where things are on track and what needs follow up.

With Planner, you can build a simple yet powerful project plan for your team. Select + New plan. Enter a plan name. Select Add to an existing Microsoft 365 Group. Select a group, Choose Group, and then Create plan. Select +. Select Planner. Select Create a new plan, or select Use an existing plan from this team, and select a plan. Select Save.
