This is not a "modern rendition" of John's model in RDR2, the only problem is that the Epilogue model is literally John with Arthur's body (also wrong hair color and degraded texture), which does not match his NPC model and Beta version.

2023年2月6日 · This mod gives epilogue John Marston the RDR1 textures but edited to match John's RDR2 model and the game's color tone. As an optional file this mod also includes a version that makes John's npc scars more accurate to the RDR1 scars and a guide on how to remove the stitches.

2021年9月22日 · Because he actually is a copy, Rockstar never bothered to actually make Johns body and instead copy pasted his face and hair color onto Arthurs body. His build, it's basically Arthur's more muscular body textured slightly different.

There's a bunch of rather good John Marston Restoration mods for pc on nexusmods that aim on making John and Arthur as different as they can. Facial animations, walk animations, 1.00 fitments, og hair, clothes/equipment re-textures to match RDR1 better plus some other stuff.
