Most likely you have a fuel pressure regulator leaking.This device is vacuum controlled,so when it leaks it can leak into the vacuum hose that goes to the intake at the throttle body.So when you cut the engine off the pressure of the fuel is relieved into the throttle body & just drains into the air filter assembly.
