2021年11月11日 · I have a Dell G5 5090 purchased within the US on Jan 2020, basically about 20 months old, i9-9900. Windows Update mentioned I could update from Windows 10 to 11, except that I have to update to TPM 2.0. The problem is that I don't seem to have TPM, PTT or any iteration mentioned from various Dell articles and videos!

2021年1月11日 · There are systems that have adapters but the G5 8940 7080 are not in this category. I use Dell Precision T1700 with Moddiy Adapter and EVGA 700BR power supply. I also have quadro RTX 4000 gpu. This system is my daily driver and its working fine with windows 11 as well as all my CAD, Maya, VR, workloads. Also happens to work fine with my games.

2020年12月28日 · After looking into the pinouts for the Dell 5090 vs the one for the adapter they made for the Optiplex series, they were able to confirm it has identical pinouts to their adapter, the only difference being the non-standard colour coding of the individual wires. This means that the adapter can in fact work with the Dell G5!

I don't know what size my motherboard is (I don't know the dimensions of the motherboard or whether it's something like an ATX or MATX board. The model of the motherboard is the "Dell G5 5090-0DXJD9 motherboard".
