This issue is caused by the incompatibility between the DJI Fly app and the Android 10 operating system run by the Samsung S10 and S10+ (Exynos). We have already worked on this issue with Samsung, and have figured out the cause of this issue. We will fix this issue in the next version of the DJI Fly app.

2020年4月15日 · I have a galaxy s10 with android 10 and on the latest April security patch. Whenever I hook up the mm remote on it, the app refuses to recognize the remote is actually connected. I tried different versions of the app but nothing. All that happens is the s10 tries to charge itself 3 times and fails.

2021年2月19日 · When I connect my Samsung Galaxy S10 phone to the controller, the connection keeps "disconnecting" and "reconnecting". I can see the controller will try to charge my S10 phone for 2 seconds, then stops charging for 2 seconds, then it starts charging again, then disconnects. Never stops repeating this process.

2019年7月10日 · I use Samsung Note 8 and it's better than my New iPad. It's easier more convenient and brighter. Android works so good. That is why the Smart Controller is Android. I never have issues with my Smartphones. Note 8 or S10 plus so much easier than a tablet. Once you get good at flying, all u need to see, shows up good on a Phone like Note 8.

2021年11月10日 · LOL, since started this thread I dropped my S10 and cracked the screen (seriously, was an accident, not wife justification for an update). Luckily I still got a $450 credit for the S10 with a cracked screen. Love the S22 Ultra so far, but its big. And GSMARENA reported that the actual sustained brightness is only 1266 nits.

2019年12月25日 · I too am using a Samsung S9+, that I recently upgraded to Android 10. If I remember right, right after the upgrade I also had an issue with the flight modes not working. I uninstalled the app, ran Device Care to clear out the memory, shut the phone off (NOT restart), let it sit for 3 mins, rebooted it, and re-intalled the app.
