2023年8月2日 · The longstanding Tesla Generation 1 Corded Mobile Connector (CMC) now seems to be officially and truly dead (on the Tesla-USA website). While TMC members are generally knowledgeable about such things, I've seen a great deal of misunderstanding about the various Tesla mobile connectors among the general (e.g., Reddit and Craig's List) population.

2022年11月24日 · I use my Mobile charger as a wall charger with the NEMA 14-50 adapter. I noticed that Tesla doesn't include them any longer, so when I traded in my 2020 Model 3 for a Y, I held on to mine. They didn't ask if I included it (actually, they never really looked at my car). If I had no charger at all, I'd go with the wall charger and be done with it.

2023年8月4日 · I have been charging my Model Y using mobile connector (120V). I have been using an extension chord because I charge the car outside of my garage most of the time. I just happened to read the mobile connector manual (see attached) and on page 5 it specifically stated not to use any sort of extension chord.
