Perhaps we can all learn together in case someone else could use some info on possible benefits of using a Trilogy machine. The Trilogy machine, after approval, was started in 2009. From members of another site, the Trilogy machine is much like a Bipap but can be more finely calibrated and adjusted to meet individual needs.

2018年3月2日 · So, there you go. While I don't use Trilogy now, I depend entirely on the BiPAP for my health and survival. And, it's keeping me much healthier as I haven't had any bronchitis or lung infections since using it regularly. Sinus infection is down as well.

I just changed my BIPAP machine to Philips Trilogy 100 and i am having secretions at night while sleeping. I would wake up in the middle of the night to cough up the secretions and swallow it back.

2018年3月2日 · I don’t use the a breathing device myself, but I understand that the air exchange of the Trilogy machine works on a similar principle as BiPAP technology. The machines are equipped with an exhalation device or non rebreather valve that gets rid of the carbon dioxide.

2012年6月10日 · I was having issues a few months ago, stopping breathing. I'm on BIPAP. But I was also having some weird very strange anxiety at night, trying to get to sleep. I would fall asleep, and a minute later wake up. I looked at my BIPAP logs using a free software called SleepyHead. It showed I was having Central Apneas when trying to get to sleep.

I spoke with Phillips Resperonics makers of the most used CPAP and BiPAP machines and the Trilogy 100. They are doing extensive testing on the soclean with all machines and are not yet satisfied that the soclean will not damage their machines and as yet will not honor their warranty should the soclean machine be used with their machines.
